HERO HAIR: The REEL Wig Experience™, an IATSE-member-owned, contract-based studio, designs & completely hand-fabricates state-of-the-art custom wigs, hairpiece applications, and facial hair applications, and provides partial-to-complete “Corrective Remastering™” of unsuccessful, or unsuitable, repurposed, preexisting wig-stock from other houses, for motion pictures, television, and streaming productions, and Red Carpet, and professional & personal appearances by your actor.
HERO HAIR's rates fall under the standard industry-pricing system, with costs adjusted for labor, materials, and the specific design aesthetic, and mechanical considerations of the build, our fees commensurate with a studio of our quality and reputation; our wares are delivered to the production in the industry-standard uncut, unstyled build-state for finishing by HMU, or fully realized, pre-cut and styled by HERO HAIR, according to your department head's preliminary concept-design lock, and our (optional, though recommended, FREE in-deal) virtual, or in-trailer complete collaboration leading to your first camera tests.
There are, however, proprietary visual, and structural details that our cutting-edge pieces provide to our partnered studio clients, regardless of those pieces' states upon delivery to the trailer, unique to the industry, and exclusive to our studio, allowing us to (also) SIGNIFICANTLY bring down your HMU (hair & makeup) budget against today’s ever-rising digital post-production (VFX) "Beauty-Budgeting"balloon, and we, again, recommend visiting THE HERO HAIR DIFFERENCE page of this website to learn more about these, and additionally pioneered protocols, available from HERO HAIR for your production, and by no other wig & facial hair studio on Earth.

HERO HAIR appreciates a standard build-time for our custom works under the following tables-
Complete (full) custom wigs at 4-6-weeks, 2-3 weeks for custom facial hair & hairpiece applications such as falls, hairpieces, extensions, and toupees & top pieces, and 3-4 weeks for custom partial-to-complete "Corrective Remastering™ ."
***RUSH FEES***
Our studio charges a rush fee for any job deadline less than the above timetables, at an additional 35%, against your baseline estimated cost.
